Is there a natural cure for Cancer?

A Health Scare of Monumental ProportionsEveryone knows someone close who has died of cancer. One in every men and one in 3 women in the United States will be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime. Nearly 600,000 Americans died from cancer during 2005. Worldwide, the annual death rate from cancer is currently 7.1 million deaths, and the number of new cancer cases annually is expected to grow from 10 million to 15 million by 202, with most of this growth occurring in developing countries. In developed countries, cancer is the second biggest cause of death after cardiovascular disease. Less developed countries have had historically lower cancer rates, but as they develop into modern societies – and move toward Western diets and lifestyles – their cancer rates begin to rise.Oxidative StressIt has long been accepted that cancer cells appear inside the body as a result of DNA damage caused by oxidative stress. Unlike physical or emotional stress, oxidative stress is not a condition that its victims can sense or consciously feel. It occurs slowly and silently in the inner tissues of the body as oxygen radical molecules attack the DNA – the duplication templates – of individual cells. Normally, these oxidative radicals are sufficiently neutralized or absorbed by the mechanisms of a healthy immune system. But when the immune system is compromised or the body is subject to heavy oxidative stress through poor diet, inadequate exercise, chronic inflammation, radiation, or repeated exposure to toxic chemicals, the number of oxidative free radical molecules overwhelms the immune system and attacks and damages cell DNA to such an extent that it causes cells to reproduce incorrectly. The mutated cells that result are often cancerous.Today’s Cancer Treatments Insult the Immune System The typical allopathic approach to cancer involves tumor excision (surgery) followed by radiation and/or chemotherapy treatments. These treatments are an extreme form of antibiotic shock, in that all immune system function is neutralized and an attempt is made to kill all potentially mutated cells. Of course, this process kills millions of healthy cells as well. Instead of working through the natural body systems, these treatments literally kill natural body defenses in order to kill the cancer.Could there possibly be a better, more natural approach to cancer that would fight with the body’s immune system, rather than against it? Plants hold the key It has often been found that phytonutrients – nutritional compounds derived from plants – hold the keys to natural disease fighting and resistance. Natural phytonutrients are different from synthetic chemicals in that they are often vastly more complex and have an innate ability to discern between good and bad organisms; they are often capable of destroying disease-causing influences while supporting healthy body function. They fight disease by strengthening natural body processes rather than insulting them.In the search for a natural cancer cure, scientists observed that the Japanese had one of the lowest cancer rates in the world, and that among the Japanese, there was one area – Okinawa – that was exceptionally low. Okinawans are known for their health and longevity, and they are also known for a somewhat unique dietary characteristic: they regularly eat raw seaweed.Seaweed, particularly brown algae varieties, has been a staple of the Okinawans for centuries. Looking for clues into the reasons for their nearly cancer-free culture, researchers investigated the biomolecules found in seaweed.Fucoidan – Phytonutrient from the Sea What they found – in varying quantities in nearly all brown algae species – was a bio-chemical found in several types of mushrooms used in traditional Chinese medicine, and known to be among the strongest immune system stimulants. The active ingredient was fucoidan, a sulfated polysaccharide, so named because of the presence of a healing sugar called fucose (not to be confused with fructose) within its molecular structure. Fucose is abundant in human breast milk and seems to inflluence brain development and function, particularly in creating long-term memories. High concentrations of fucose are found in the human body at the junctions between nerves, in the kidney and the testes, and in the outer layer of the skin. Scientists began researching fucoidan as a nutrient to support various immune system functions. At least a dozen studies were done showing that fucoidan was anti-viral, providing protection against herpes simplex  virus, viral hepatitis, human cytomegalovirus, and even HIV. Twenty more studies showed that fucoidan has a therapeutic antithrombotic effect which helps prevent the bloodstream clotting that results in heart attacks and strokes. Several studies in China determined that fucoidan was highly supportive of kidney function and could actually strenghten and restore rat kidneys that had been damaged by kidney disease. It was inevitable that sooner or later, researchers would test fucoidan on cancer.Fucoidan and Cancer Since 1988, at least 18 studies have shown that fucoidan – the phytonutrient from the sea – either prevents tumor growth or kills existing cancer cells through a process called apoptosis (literally, self-destruction) in several different kinds of cancer, including leukemia, breast cancer, lymphoma, and lung cancer. Although the original research started – logically – in Japan, the anti-cancer, anti-clotting, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, and kidney supportive effects of fucoidan have been consistently replicated in laboratories all over the world, including France, Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Russia, the U.S., and China. While much research still remains to be done, the inital results known so far are extremely promising. What is almost certain at this point is that fucoidan is an active ingredient that works with the body’s immune system to help prevent the onset of cancer and may be able to slow the progress of certain cancer types, once started.A Gel Within A Gel The most natural and logical method of delivery for fucoidan is in a gel base, since fucoidan, in its natural hydrated state, is itself a gel-like coating that provides protection to seaweeds growing in the ocean.Mixing fucoidan in a gel nutritional for human consumption is far more logical than drying it, grinding it, mixing it with fillers, and pressing it into tablets or capsules. It is also more reasonable and practical than diluting it in a liquid drink. Since fucoidan is already a gel, it makes sense to keep it in a gel form. Gel nutrition and fucoidan are a perfect match. For more information and to get the products, please visit:www.vaness.ws

The Universe is abundant with everything that you want. It’s not testing you. It’s benevolently providing for you. But you are the orchestrater. You are the definer, and you do it through your joyous anticipation. If there is an emotion that you are wanting to foster, that would serve you very, very well, it is positive expectation. It is excited anticipation.Sponsored by www.vaness.ws

Every living thing, animal or human, or tree experiences that which is called death, with no exception. You’ve all accepted that one a long time ago. Spirit, which is who we really are, or Source, is eternal. So what death must be is a changing of the perspective of that Eternal Spirit. If I am standing in my physical body and am consciously connected to that Eternal Spirit, then I’m Eternal in nature and I need not ever again fear any endedness, because, from that perspective I understand that there is not any of that.Sponsored by www.vaness.ws

If you are being swept into some current that is not comfortable, or not in harmony with your desire, you must remember that couldn’t happen if you weren’t offering a vibration that matched it in some way. If you’re vibrating differently from that, you’re not having that experienceSponsored by www.vaness.ws

Law of Attraction abounds, and when it is said to you, “Ask, and it is given,” there is no more powerful statement that is at the basis of what makes things happen than that. Now, how is it that you think you ask? With your words? The Universe doesn’t hear your words. You ask with your desire. The desire that is born out of the contrast. That desire. That wanting. That’s what summons the Life Force.

What do you want?

Most of us don’t have what we want in our lives because we never really define precisely what that is. Left to our own devices, we just go along with our conditioning… accepting the mindsets and visions we inherited from our families, society, religions and other authorities. Those old ideas, beliefs and thought processes have been fixed in our unconscious minds, and we accept them without question. The result is that we create exactly those circumstances that we have accepted.

When we understand this process, we can change it. When we discover that our habits, beliefs and visions are not to our benefit, we can replace them. We can escape the outcomes of our past conditioning and create our dreams.

Old thinking must be constantly replaced with new thoughts to keep the garden of your life beautiful and healthy. The best way to do this is to keep the vision of your new life clear and strong. Your vision takes you along an entirely new path. It keeps the weeds from growing back. You let go of the old and embrace your new life.

This week choose one weed-producing thought that you will refuse to entertain. What are you going to replace it with in the garden of your mind?

Healthy Fast Food

The nutritional Challenge of Today

Have you ever looked over the offerings in a fast food restaurant or a convenience store and tried to pick out something you honestly felt was nutritious? It’s a frustrating task. You might conclude that Nothing you buy there is really nutritious (unless there happens to be some fresh, whole fruit available.)

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a real solution to those “need-to-eat-something-ntritious-but-don’t-have-time-for-a-good-meal” moments that so often besiege us?

The Ideal meal replacement

In order to really meet the test, the perfect meal substitute ought to be:

  • Low levels of carbohydrates and low glycemic index.
  • A rich source of the highest quality protein.
  • Formulated to provide quick onset and long-lasting energy without the subsequent ‘crash’ that accompanies sugary caffeine and energy drinks.
  • A perfect companion with a tall glass of cool, pure water.
  • Easy to consume without creating a mess or risking staining clothes.
  • Quick and convenient, requiring no extra time for purchase, delivery, preparation or cleanup.
  • Able to satisfy hunger cravings for hours.
  • Cost-effective, i.e., less expensive than the $5-7 that you could spend on conventional fast food meals.

Three Breakthroughs

Such a fitness meal is now possible to three important breakthroughs:

  1. Gel technology that combines healthy ingredients and pleasant taste with enhanced bioavailability and ultimate convenience.
  2. State of the art packaging technology that seals the gel sanitarily in ready-to-use pre-measured amounts.
  3. Ultra-filtered Whey Protein Isolate, the highest quality protein known, which makes it possible to create a small, yet satisfying mini-meal using calories from proteins rather than sugars and fats.

Together, these three elements create a breakthgough concept in meal replacement that can go anywhere, anytime and be consumed without preparation, utensils or cleanup. Doesn’t this sound like something you need?

Bioavailable Gel

The most common form of a high quality meal replacement has been the protein shake. Health food store shelves are lined with products that can give you a healthy dose of protein in this form. But these all require a blender (or at least a shaker) and some liquid in which to blend it. Some taste pretty good; some taste pretty bad. But the bottom line is that unless you are in your home, it can be awkward to use a blender or even a shaker.

Using a gel solves this problem by allowing premixing, prepackaging, pre-flavoring and pre-measuring, so all you have to do is open the package and eat. Gel also provides the benefit of bioavailability not found in dry mixes, pills, or capsules. Active ingredients don’t have to be broken down after they enter the stomach, so they can begin entering the blood stream faster.

Why protein?

Why the emphasis on protein? After water, protein is the largest component of the human body (comprising about 15%). The body uses protein to produce every cell in every tissue. Adequate amounts of essential amino acids must be provided every day to support the body’s healthy functioning, both to repair those cells that die and to create new cells for growth. Protein requirements vary by individual size and activity level, but the recommended daily amount from the Good Nutrition Board of the Academy of Sciences is 0.35 grams per pound of body weight every day, and some suggest considerably more. For a 185 lb. adult male, this equates to about 65 grams of protein daily. Those engaged in heavy exercise, high stress, or other physical demands probably require more. Many diets fall short of this amount.

Protein also increases metabolism. Amino acids found in protein stimulate this after-meal metabolism. If a meal is high in protein, metabolism can rise 25% as opposed to a 5% rise for a high carbohydrate meal.

Besides being needed for the production of healthy muscle and organ tissue, protein is critical in maintaining healthy bones, especially in the older years. It also plays a vital role in strengthening the immune system.

Thy whey isolate?

Ultrafiltering creates a protein that is complete (containing all nine essential amino acids, plus several additional ones), is easy to digest, and contains over 90% pure protein. Only tiny trace amounts of milk fat and lactose remain (less than 0.5%) making it palatable even for those with lactose intolerance.

Whey isolate is also a rich source of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) which are critical for athletes because, unlike other amino acids, they are metabolized directly into muscle tissue (instead of being metabolized through the liver) and are the first to be used during periods of exercise and training. Whey isolate has the highest known levels of BCAAs of any natural food source.

Whey is also an excellent source of the essential amino acid leucine, which plays a key role in building lean muscle mass while promoting fat loss. Whey isolate has 50% more leucine than soy protein isolate.

The prefectly protable package

With the highest quality protein, a pleasand-tasting gel, and sanitary, pre-measured packaging, this new meal replacement concept is truly original. What’s more, it is a highly practical solution, providing a full-meal dose of easily digestible protein without any of the fuss involved in preparation or handling. For those needing a low-cal, between-meal boost in their training diet, a healthy solution for a quick meal, or extra protein without consuming more meat, this fitness meal is the perfect answer. It fits conveniently in your pocket, purse, glove compartment, briefcase, backpack, office drawer, gym, bag, … well, you get the idea.

Meditation

Meditation is like unto the water of a pond, made murky by agitation, being calmed so as to allow all the mud and silt to settle to the bottom sot hat the water becomes clear, and you can see all the way to the bottom.

And then you will discover there is something at the bottom of your mind that can only be seen when your mind is completely calm. Something deeper than the root of your thoughts; below the foundation of your personality.

And it is the same thing that is at the bottom of the so called physical world; deeper than the root of all matter; below the foundation of the universe.

It is eternal; it is the real you, and that is why and how you are immortal.

Living the Serenity Prayer

Have you ever looked back on a time of great challenge and realized it was really a blessing? What’s that about?

Our human minds are set up to believe that when things are going well we should be happy, and when they are not, we have reason to be upset. Then along comes the spiritual awareness that we have choice, blowing that old thinking right out of the water. Instead it is replaced with a discovery that deep within each of us is a place of calm… a center of inner peace. It is available to us always, and when we tap into it our life heads own a new road – a path of joy and fresh beginnings.

We tend to discover our spiritual nature when life’s challenges hit and we don’t know what to do. There is something enlightening about making mistakes, hitting the proverbial brick wall and running out of answers. It’s often when we grow the most. We have an endless well of loving direction just waiting for our attention. Those challenges may become blessings because finally we allow ourselves to listen.

The Serenity Prayer is a reminder to accept the serenity that dwells within us. Gently whispering our name, our inner wisdom seeks ways to help us notice that we are more than our human reasoning, experiences and emotions. The love that is our true nature sends us messages of hope and possibility in every circumstance. The Serenity Prayer is our cue to pay attention

God…     The first word is God – it’s the beginning, the end and everything in between. If you don’t like the word God, toss it out and choose a new one. I call it the Beloved or the God that adores me because that’s the way I know it… powerful yet gentle energy made of unconditional love. Everywhere present, it is the breeze caressing my skin and tousling my hair. It is the chair, couch, pillow or hillside upon which you sit right now, reading these words. the air we breathe is the air of wisdom. I am part of it, and so are you. Because we are each magnificently unique we will all sense it differently, glorying in experiences that are personal to each of us.

What a gift to know that a center of peace and limitless potential exists within us! It is the spot of knowing that has never been hurt, has never felt shame, has never been afraid and always moves us toward our greatest happiness. It is our soul… inner wisdom… intuition… gut instinct. When we don’t know what to do, it’s the part of us that does know. Softly, it opens our eyes to old beliefs or patterns of behavior that have kept us from remembering who we are. When we allow our own inner magnificence to guide us, we open the spiritual door that lets in the first word, God. The road to serenity follows.

Grant me the serenity       Serenity is ours by right of birth. We were born from it; it is our true essence and yet sometimes we fail to remember. It’s easy to get caught up in day-to-day life, forgetting there’s more to us than the outside face we show the world. Spirituality is great reminder! Spirituality is about belonging, belonging to ourselves and belonging to the whole of everything around us. It’s the experience of owning a life that is real and authentic. Instead of focusing on what is wrong, we center our thoughts on the indwelling of God, our source of serenity. We say the Serenity Prayer to remind us that we can choose where to put our focus. If we want to have inner peace, we practice havint in in every single circumstance of our lives, from cleaning the clutter out of the car to practicing patience while we sit on the runway waiting for take off!

Serenity becomes our reality when we embody the sure knowing that life is on our side, and whatever is in front of us is happening for us instead of happening to us. Every situation becomes an opportunity to be who we want to be. When we stay focused on God, inner peace comes because we fill our minds and hearts with ways to look for the good, even when it’s a stretch. We surround ourselves with people who will give us the chance to practice. The choice is ours to make, we can either be a victim or not. In any given circumstance, ask yourself, “Will I choose to judge the other person wrong, or will I look past the behavior to see their truth? Will I set boundaries with love, remembering that I, too, have made mistakes? Will I chooseto see through eyes of accptance, allowing inner peace to become my focus? Will I remember that we are all God’s cherished ones, including everyone in this situation?” Is creating harmony in your life easy? No, not at first, but it gets easier. Is it worth it? Yes, because whether you believe it or not, you are worth it.

to accept the things I cannot change …     The things we can’t change are everything that doesn’t belong to us, which is a lot! One thing we can count on is that life is full of changes… always. If we are miserable or frightened beyond measure, it will ease. If we are fully happy, that will shift too. It’s our perception of the situation that is creative; our actions come from that. The event itself is rarely as important as who we are in it.

Try as we might, we have probably learned that controlling others doesn’t work very wlll. Most of us have had times when life felt out of control, so we tried to direct and manage those around us in order to make ourselves safe. We have been hurt and often we have hurt others. How many of us have cried out to God to save us, only to think we are not being heard? Then we add God to the list of those who have wronged us. Those were the days when we lived life unconsciously, unaware that we have choice. The catch is, once we know, we can’t un-know the truth of our spiritual nature. Acceptance awakens the owning of our life and the beauty of what is possible.

Seeking the kingdom is not something that happens outside of us; it is a state of consciousness. When God created, it did so with no expectation, instead giving us unconditional freedom. In doing so, God experiences Itself as us through us, no matter what our life looks like. Spirit’s love holds us in the despair of our darkest secrets and in the joy of our greatest triumphs. It will not step in to save us if we’re taking the wrong path! There is nothing we can ever do that will turn God’s love away from us. When we keep our attention on Spirit we begin to embrace ourselves, warts and all. The walls of victimization start to tumble down as we take responsibility for our perspective and subsequent actions, allowing others the dignity of being responsible for theirs. By keeping our focus on the Divine, instead of our problems, everything falls into place in ways we could never have dreamt of! Such is the promise of a spiritual life… one that is without limits.

Courage to change the things I can…     Opening up to our spiritual nature, we become conscious of the power of our own thinking. If we see the world as a hard place, we get to be right, life is hard. Because thought is creative, if we have chosen to be a person of peace, many situations will pop up in life to give us an opportunity to practice. How will we know if we are peace if we don’t test it out? The Serenenity Prayer offers us the courage to change the things we can, and it’s up to us to take it. Every circumstance is an opportunity to ask, “How can I grow from this situation?  What quality  of God do I need to be in order to have peace of mind, kindness, compassion, patience? What could the benefits be if I moved through this situation in a new way?” Always, we can start a new day. Having made a mistake we can say, “Ah, I goofed. Do I need to make amends?” If the answer is yes, then do so, and then let it go. Start a new day from that point forward.

We choose all the time! When I first became aware of the tools of Science of Mind, I decided to practice gratitude as I stood in a very long line in the post office. In my mind, I made an alphabetical list of everything I was grateful for, beginning with the letter “A:” apples, juicy and sweet, filling my tummy when the old me would be thinking of cake instead; B: books, a place to escape to when I want to hibernate from the world awhile; C: choice, my powerful new tool that reminds me I don’t have to be a victim; D: dirt, glorious dirt under my fingernails as I plant flowers that will nourish in my care… and so on. Then I had a dilemma! I was only on “W” by the time I neared the front of the line, and how fast can one go through X, Y and Z? I thought I would need to let people go in front of me in order to finish! I almons started laughing as I realized what was happening. In reality, my life was in turmoil at this point, and I rejoiced in this gratitude game, it was a beginning, a starting  point, a conscious choice, and it worked!

Since then I’ve practiced consciously choosing. When I have a situation I’m really upset about, I’ve learned to remind myself, “You don’t have to like the situation, but it is imperative that you like yourself in it.” Watching my words and actions, I walk away from it saying, “Good for me! I actually paid attention to my own inner wisdom!” And my life has changed. It requires patience, perseverance and growing self-esteem. If we remember to make conscious decisions six times and forget three times, good! Old habits have been with us a long time, and it takes practice to adopt new ones.

Walking a spiritual path tends to bring up past beliefs and hurtful memories. In fact, they may show up again and again. When they resurface we may cry, “I thought I was getting better! What is this about?” Don’t be dismayed, this is not regression. Those old hurts reappear because we are getting stronger. Each time they show up, it is Spirit’s invitation to look at them from a place that is more centered than the time before. Though we deeply stress the first time we process that painful memory, we find the courage to stay the course. Our inner wisdom gently reminds us that we are like the onion with its multiple layers to be peeled back to find the sweetness inside. Although not easy, it is an honor to look at old wounds with a fresh perspective that is guided by love. Finding the courage to change the things we can, we begin to see the process with gratitude. By the sixth or seventh (or seventeenth!) time that past experience shows up we may say, “Ah, there you are old friend, I know who you are . Thank you for reminding me of who I used to be. I let you go now with love,” and finally it’s done.

… and the wisdom to know the difference.     The most important thing we can do to find the wisdom to know the difference is to stay focused on the first word of the Serenity Prayer, which is God. Fostering a personal, intimate relationship with a God of our understanding, one that we have learned to trust, helps us take responsibility for our life. We begin to appreciate our human experience, no matter what it looks like. Letting go of the need to control, we release our grip on people and situations around us, understanding the they have their own walk with Spirit. Embraced by the power of the indwelling God, we begin to see anew. A question may surface, “If God loves me unconditionally, isn’t it time I begin to love myself the same way?” Slowly we learn to accept our own beauty, just as we are. After a while, we look around to find that the universe has reflected our new thinking, filling us with reasons to be grateful. Life is happier and gentler now, and there is so much living to do!

Somewhere along the path of our spiritual awakening, we have surrendered to the wisdom and love that is our true reality. We know we will be guided through our day by a power that knows only good, and we let go of the need to control what comes our way. We wake up in the morning requesting, “Use me today. Whatever shows up I will walk through with grace. I will know the difference between what is mine and what isn’t, and I will act accordingly. Today I choose to look at myself gently, with loving acceptance. I choose to see others the same way. Starting this minute, I will own my life and live it fully.” In the enlightened awareness that allows us to take control of our lives, we can now surrender to a God that adores us. Tasting the sweetness of “the wisdom to know the difference,” we are living the Serenity Prayer.

We want to help you regain clarity about your individual power. Everyone has it. No one can ever take it away from you. No one can ever do anything “bad” to you. No one can assert into your experience. Everything, without exception, comes only by your individual invitation to it. Do you understand the process of asking? When you give something your attention and it becomes your dominant vibration relative to the subject–that is your asking. So, deliberate creating is not so much about looking out into the world and saying, “Oh, there are things that are good that I want to create or attract into my experience, and there are things that are bad that I don’t want to create or attract into my experience.” Deliberate creating is more about deliberate allowing. Deliberate allowing is more like deliberate vibration.

The Key of Wisdom

I, Thoth, the Atlantean,
give of my wisdom,
give of my knowledge,
give of my power.
Freely I give to the children of men.
Give that they, too, might have wisdom
to shine through the world from the veil of the night.

Wisdom is power and power is wisdom,
one with each other, perfecting the whole.

Be thou not proud, O man, in thy wisdom.
Discourse with the ignorant as well as the wise.
If one comes to thee full of knowledge,
listen and heed, for wisdom is all.

Keep thou not silent when evil is spoken for Truth
like the sunlight shines above all.
He who over-steppeth the Law shall be punished,
for only through Law comes the freedom of men.
Cause thou not fear for fear is a bondage,
a fetter that binds the darkness to men.

Follow thine heart during thy lifetime.
Do thou more than is commanded of thee.
When thou hast gained riches,
follow thou thine heart,
for all these are of no avail if
thine heart be weary.
Diminish thou not the time of
following thine heart.
It is abhorred of the soul.

They that are guided go not astray,
but they that are lost cannot find a straight path.
If thou go among men, make for thyself,
Love, the beginning and end of the heart.

If one cometh unto thee for council,
let him speak freely,
that the thing for which he hath
come to thee may be done.
If he hesitates to open his heart to thee,
it is because thou, the judge, doeth the wrong.

Repeat thou not extravagant speech,
neither listen thou to it,
for it is the utterance of one
not in equilibrium.
Speak thou not of it,
so that he before thee may know wisdom.

Silence is of great profit.
An abundance of speech profiteth nothing.
Exalt not thine heart above the children of men,
lest it be brought lower than the dust.

If thou be great among men,
be honoured for knowledge and gentleness.
If thou seeketh to know the nature of a friend,
ask not his companion,
but pass a time alone with him.
Debate with him,
testing his heart by his words and his bearing.

That which goeth into the store-house must come forth,
and the things that are thine must be shared with a friend.

Knowledge is regarded by the fool as ignorance,
and the things that are profitable are to him hurtful.
He liveth in death.
It is therefore his food.

The wise man lets his heart overflow
but keeps silent his mouth.
O man, list to the voice of wisdom;
list to the voice of light.

Mysteries there are in the Cosmos
that unveiled fill the world with their light.
Let he who would be free from the bonds of darkness
first divine the material from the immaterial,
the fire from the earth;
for know ye that as earth descends to earth,
so also fire ascends unto
fire and becomes one with fire.
He who knows the fire that is within
himself shall ascend unto the eternal fire
and dwell in it eternally.

Fire, the inner fire,
is the most potent of all force,
for it overcomethall things and
penetrates to all things of the Earth.
Man supports himself only on that which resists.
So Earth must resist man else he existeth not.

All eyes do not see with the same vision,
for to one an object appears of
one form and colour
and to a different eye of another.
So also the infinite fire,
changing from colour to colour,
is never the same from day to day.

Thus, speak I, THOTH, of my wisdom,
for a man is a fire burning bright
through the night;
never is quenched in the veil of the darkness,
never is quenched by the veil of the night.

Into men’s hearts, I looked by my wisdom,
found them not free from the bondage of strife.
Free from the toils, thy fire, O my brother,
lest it be buried in the shadow of night!

Hark ye, O man, and list to this wisdom:
where do name and form cease?
Only in consciousness, invisible,
an infinite force of radiance bright.
The forms that ye create by brightening
they vision are truly effects that follow thy cause.

Man is a star bound to a body,
until in the end,
he is freed through his strife.
Only by struggle and toiling thy
utmost shall the star within thee
bloom out in new life.
He who knows the commencement of all things,
free is his star from the realm of night.

Remember, O man, that all which exists
is only another form of that which exists not.
Everything that has being is passing into yet other
being and thou thyself are not an exception.

Consider the Law, for all is Law.
Seek not that which is not of the Law,
for such exists only in the illusions of the senses.
Wisdom cometh to all her children
even as they cometh unto wisdom.

All through the ages,
the light has been hidden.
Awake, O man, and be wise.

Deep in the mysteries of life have I traveled,
seeking and searching for that which is hidden.

List ye, O man, and be wise.
Far ‘neath the earth crust,
in the Halls of Amenti,
mysteries I saw that are hidden from men.

Oft have I journeyed the deep hidden passage,
looked on the Light that is Life among men.
There ‘neath the flowers of Life ever living,
searched I the hearts and the secrets of men.
Found I that man is but living in darkness,
light of the great fire is hidden within.

Before the Lords of hidden Amenti
learned I the wisdom I give unto men.

Masters are they of the great Secret Wisdom,
brought from the future of infinity’s end.
Seven are they, the Lords of Amenti,
overlords they of the Children of Morning,
Suns of the cycles, Masters of Wisdom.

Formed are not they as the children of men?
THREE, FOUR, FIVE AND SIX, SEVEN,
EIGHT, NINE are the titles of the Masters of men.

Far from the future, formless yet forming,
came they as teachers for the children of men.
Live they forever, yet not of the living,
bound not to life and yet free from death.

Rule they forever with infinite wisdom,
bound yet not bound to the dark Halls of Death.
Life they have in them, yet life that is not life,
free from all are the Lords of the ALL.

Forth from them came forth the Logos,
instruments they of the power o’er all.
Vast is their countenance,
yet hidden in smallness,
formed by a forming, known yet unknown.

THREE holds the key of all hidden magic,
creator he of the halls of the Dead;
sending forth power, shrouding with darkness,
binding the souls of the children of men;
sending the darkness, binding the soul force;
director of negative to the children of men.

FOUR is he who looses the power.
Lord, he, of Life to the children of men.
Light is his body, flame is his countenance;
freer of souls to the children of men.

FIVE is the master, the Lord of all magic -
Key to The Word that resounds among men.

SIX is the Lord of Light, the hidden pathway,
path of the souls of the children of men.

SEVEN is he who is Lord of the vastness,
master of Space and the key of the Times.

EIGHT is he who orders the progress;
weighs and balances the journey of men.

NINE is the father, vast he of countenance,
forming and changing from out of the formless.

Meditate on the symbols I give thee.
Keys are they, though hidden from men.

Reach ever upward, O Soul of the morning.
Turn thy thoughts upward to Light and to Life.
Find in the keys of the numbers I bring thee,
light on the pathway from life unto life.

Seek ye with wisdom.
Turn thy thoughts inward.
Close not thy mind to the flower of Light.

Place in thy body a thought-formed picture.
Think of the numbers that lead thee to Life.

Clear is the pathway to he who has wisdom.
Open the door to the Kingdom of Light.

Pour forth thy flame as a Sun of the morning.
Shut out the darkness and live in the day.

Take thee, O man! As part of thy being,
the Seven who are but are not as they seem.
Opened, O man! Have I my wisdom.
Follow the path in the way I have led.

Masters of Wisdom,
SUN of the MORNING LIGHT and LIFE
to the children of men.
